About This Role
The Registered Nurse 1 or 2 in the Adult Admission Unit provides direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on admissions for a diverse spectrum of acute and complex medical patients. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to build their competency under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.

•💰 Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time/Part-time, Rotating shifts, Weekends and holidays as needed
What You'll Do
•Provide direct patient care across the age spectrum
•Support peers in the delivery of patient care services
•Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system
•Build competency in the provision of direct patient care
•Participate in the med/surg Residency Program for new graduates
Requirements
Education:
•New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience
Experience:
•Less than one year of prior experience in acute care
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York (implied)
