About This Role
The Registered Nurse in Palliative Care/General Medicine will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager, focusing on building competency and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to enhance their skills in a diverse patient care environment.

What You'll Do
•Provide direct patient care under supervision.
•Contribute to unit activities and care delivery system enhancement.
•Support peers in delivering patient care services.
•Care for palliative, comfort care, hospice, and general medicine patients.
•Communicate effectively and utilize critical thinking skills.
Requirements
Education:
•New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience
Experience:
•One-year recent acute med/surg experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
