About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Cardiac Care Center will provide direct patient care to children and young adults with cardiac conditions. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their competencies in a fast-paced, specialized environment.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
ā¢Build competency in nursing practices for pediatric cardiac patients.
ā¢Contribute to unit activities and enhance care delivery systems.
ā¢Support peers in delivering patient care services.
ā¢Manage highly acute, complex patients in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
Experience:
ā¢Experience in a pediatric unit preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current RN License in New York.
