The Senior Assistant Nurse Manager (Senior ANM) provides direct support to the Unit Manager and is accountable for daily operations, human resources management, and patient care delivery. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and clinical skills who can work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

What You'll Do
•Support the Unit Manager in daily operations.
•Manage human resources and staff competencies.
•Develop and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies.
•Monitor patient outcomes and support standards of care.
•Provide consultation and expertise in patient care delivery.
•Participate in community and professional organizations.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program
Experience:
•Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Active New York State RN License in good standing
