About This Role
The Neurocritical Care Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduate nurses to transition into their first professional role in a critical care setting. This program focuses on developing clinical and leadership skills while providing direct patient care.

What You'll Do
•Build competency in the provision of direct patient care.
•Contribute to unit activities and support care delivery enhancements.
•Support peers in delivering patient care services.
•Participate in a six-month residency program focused on critical care.
•Work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Education:
•Nursing school graduate
Experience:
•Less than one year of nursing experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
