About This Role
The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) RN Level 1 or 2 position is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build competency in direct patient care within a high-energy, teamwork-oriented environment specializing in pulmonary care and complex medical conditions.

•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
What You'll Do
•Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager
•Build competency in managing complex medical conditions
•Contribute to unit activities and enhance care delivery systems
•Support peers in delivering patient care services
•Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
Education:
•BSN or matriculation in BSN program preferred
Experience:
•Less than 1 year of experience as a nurse
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York preferred
