About This Role
The Level 1 Registered Nurse is a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience, responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting unit activities in a dynamic, collaborative care team.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
ā¢Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.

ā¢Work with med/surg patients across 12 diverse units.
ā¢Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program
Experience:
ā¢Less than 1 year of RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Active New York State RN license in good standing
