About This Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Adult Nursing Med/Surg Flex/Float Team, you will provide direct patient care while building your competency under the direction of the Nurse Manager. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to gain experience in a dynamic, collaborative care environment.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
ā¢Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
ā¢Support peers in delivering patient care services.
ā¢Work across 12 diverse units caring for med/surg patients.
ā¢Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
Experience:
ā¢Less than one year prior experience in acute care.
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current RN License in New York.
