About This Role
The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and management for a designated patient care unit during night shifts, supporting the nurse manager in fostering an environment of excellence in patient care and staff development.

Requirements
Education:
β’Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required, MSN preferred
Experience:
β’2 years of experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
β’Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
β’Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
β’Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility
