About This Role
The Cardiac Cath & Electrophysiology Lab Nurse Navigator provides individualized assistance and comprehensive coordination of care for patients and their families, facilitating timely care and enhancing patient satisfaction.

What You'll Do
•Provide individualized assistance and support for patients and families
•Coordinate care to eliminate barriers and facilitate flow through the system
•Collaborate with outpatient cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular offices
•Work alongside anesthesia and scheduling of cases
•Assess and review all scheduled cases and communicate with outpatient clinics
Requirements
Education:
•RN required
Experience:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
