About This Role
The Emergency Department Observation Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support unit activities. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their competency in a fast-paced environment.

•💰 Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
•🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
What You'll Do
•Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
•Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
•Support peers in delivering patient care services.
•Care for adult patients needing additional observation.
•Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Education:
•New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
Experience:
•Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York.
