The Emergency Medicine Service Nurse Flex Team position is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build competency in direct patient care while working across multiple emergency service areas. This role involves supporting patient care services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
ā¢Support unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
ā¢Work across multiple Emergency Medicine Service areas.
ā¢Perform patient triage and treat a diverse population.
ā¢Coordinate care for various medical conditions.
ā¢Demonstrate strong assessment and organizational skills.
ā¢Adapt to the changing needs of assignments.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢BLS certification required
ā¢ACLS certification required
ā¢PALS certification preferred
