About This Role
The Emergency Nursing Residency Program is designed for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience, providing them with the opportunity to build competency in direct patient care within a fast-paced environment.

•💰 Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
What You'll Do
•Provide direct care to patients in a challenging environment.
•Contribute to unit activities and support care delivery enhancements.
•Support peers in delivering patient care services.
•Participate in didactic, simulation, and hands-on clinical training.
•Demonstrate effective communication and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
Education:
•Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program
Experience:
•Less than 6-12 months of RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Active New York State RN license in good standing
