About This Role
The Employee Health RN 3 at Strong Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing proficient patient care, including complex patients, while assuming charge nurse responsibilities and coordinating care for a group of patients. This role is ideal for experienced RNs who excel in fast-paced environments and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

What You'll Do
•Provide proficient patient care for complex patients.
•Assume charge nurse responsibilities and unit orientation for new staff.
•Monitor and evaluate patient care based on unit standards.
•Participate in unit/service activities to contribute to outcomes.
•Provide nursing care and immunizations for pre-employment and annual health updates.
•Handle work-related injuries and illnesses.
•Cover Employee Health Call Center with triage skills.
•Demonstrate flexibility and excellent customer service.
Requirements
Education:
•RN License required
Experience:
•3+ years RN experience required
