About This Role
The Registered Nurse, Level I-II in the Emergency Medicine Transition Unit provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients while building competency under the supervision of experienced nurses. This role is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
•🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
What You'll Do
•Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients.
•Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
•Participate in unit activities to enhance care delivery.
•Build competency in direct patient care under supervision.
•Attend didactic classes to reinforce learning during residency.
Requirements
Education:
•New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience
Experience:
•Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
