About This Role
The Hospital at Home Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a groundbreaking program that delivers inpatient hospital-level care in patients' homes. This role is ideal for experienced RNs who are forward-thinking and eager to pioneer innovative care models.

•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: FT/PT positions available, Rotating shifts, 12 hour shifts, holidays and weekends

What You'll Do
•Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards
•Support unit activities and enhance the care delivery system
•Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member
•Perform remote clinical triage and patient assessments
•Administer therapeutic interventions in patients' homes
•Develop a diversified set of nursing skills in a team-focused environment
Requirements
Education:
•Not mentioned
Experience:
•Minimum 2 years of acute care, ICU and/or ED experience required
•5+ years of broad clinical expertise preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Valid NYS driver’s license
•Reliable transportation required
