About This Role
The ICU – Critical Care Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience, providing a supportive transition into their first professional nursing role in critical care.
📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $37.00 - $40.70/hour
•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
What You'll Do
•Build competency in direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
•Contribute to unit activities and support care delivery system enhancements.
•Support peers in delivering patient care services.
•Participate in a twelve-month residency program focusing on clinical and leadership skills.
•Engage in work and learning experiences across various ICU tracks.
Requirements
Education:
•Nursing degree from an accredited program
Experience:
•Less than one year of nursing experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
