Responsibilities:
The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. The Level II Registered Nurse contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. The Level II Registered Nurse supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
Per diem position available, Evenings 5p-10p and Saturday and Sunday weekend 6:30 am -7:00 pm
It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Ambulatory Imaging Sciences nursing team for an RN with at least 1 - 2 years of acute care experience. This dynamic position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and provides exposure to Radiologic specialties. Applicants should have an interest in working in a multidisciplinary team setting focused on teamwork, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain current in the knowledge of radiologic nursing is required. Imaging sciences, critical care, or ED experience and strong IV skills preferred. BLS required.
