About This Role
The Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Registered Nurse 1 position is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their competency in providing direct patient care in a highly specialized environment for sick or premature newborns.

ā¢š° Pay: $37.00 - $40.70/hour
ā¢š Location: Rochester, NY
ā¢ā° Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
ā¢š Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
ā¢Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
ā¢Support peers in delivering patient care services.
ā¢Demonstrate ability to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
ā¢Exhibit excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
Experience:
ā¢Pediatric experience preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current RN License in New York.
