Join Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Center as a New Grad RN Resident in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, where you'll provide dedicated care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants for various cancers. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do
•Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
•Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
•Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
•Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
•Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
•Document in patients’ medical records.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
•New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
