About This Role
As a New Grad RN Resident in the Med Surg unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will participate in a year-long residency program designed to enhance your nursing skills and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
•📍 Location: Mayfield Hts, OH
•⏰ Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday requirements
What You'll Do
•Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs
•Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach
•Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care
•Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions
•Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently
•Document in patients’ medical records
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing
Experience:
•New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
