We are excited to announce a new Nurse Manager position to support the continued growth of our Cardiac Cath Lab service line at a Magnet-designated community hospital known for high-quality, patient-centered care.


This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to take the next step and expand their impact beyond the bedside. You’ll play a key role in leading a well-established, high-performing team while helping guide the future of a fast-growing, complex procedural environment.


Responsibilities:


Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cath Lab.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Support staff development, engagement, and retention.

Help implement best practices to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:


Experienced Cath Lab RN ready to step into leadership.

Strong clinical background in interventional cardiology.

Passion for mentoring teams and improving processes.

Motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Education:


Bachelor's Degree Nursing required.

Master's Degree Nursing preferred.

Licenses and Credentials:


Registered Nurse required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred.

Basic Life Support Certificate preferred.

Experience:


Nursing experience 2-3 years required.

Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred.

Skills/Certifications:


Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong commitment to clinical excellence.

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
