About This Role
The Pediatric Imaging Sciences RN 2 at Golisano Children’s Hospital provides specialized nursing care to pediatric patients undergoing imaging and sedation procedures. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in a fast-paced environment and have strong assessment and communication skills.

What You'll Do
•Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
•Assess and prepare patients for sedation and imaging procedures.
•Review medical histories and educate patients and families about procedures.
•Monitor vital signs and sedation responses continuously.
•Collaborate with attending physicians during various medical procedures.
•Participate in ongoing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN preferred
Experience:
•Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•PALS and ACLS within 6 months
