About This Role
Join the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary as a Registered Nurse, where you'll perform pulmonary function tests and provide education to pediatric patients and their caregivers. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
š Highlights
ā¢š° Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
ā¢š Location: Rochester, NY
ā¢ā° Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (M-F, No weekends, No Holidays)
What You'll Do
ā¢Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
ā¢Perform a variety of pulmonary function tests (PFTs) in a dedicated lab.
ā¢Educate patients and caregivers on managing complex pulmonary diagnoses.
ā¢Collaborate with respiratory therapists and pediatric pulmonary providers.
ā¢Room patients and administer immunizations.
ā¢Conduct oxygen qualifications and coordinate Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
ā¢Assist with exercise testing.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢RN degree required
Experience:
ā¢1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current RN License in New York
