The Pediatric Specialty Nurse for the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics provides direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient program, focusing on children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for an autonomous yet team-oriented nurse who excels in communication and problem-solving.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
ā¢Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
ā¢Support peers in delivering patient care services.
ā¢Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
ā¢Perform telephone triage and care management for patients.
ā¢Collaborate with NPs, MDs, psychologists, and other team members.
ā¢Educate and support families receiving care through DBP.

ā¢2-3 years of pediatric or Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
