About This Role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Medicine/Surgical/Neuro/Onc/ED Float Pool during night shifts. This role involves providing patient care with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

What You'll Do
•Demonstrate understanding of organizational goals related to quality and safety.
•Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data.
•Involve patient/family and interdisciplinary team in care planning.
•Prioritize care based on collected data.
•Document assessments and reassessments in medical records.
•Implement interventions for patient care in a timely manner.
•Educate patients/families regarding health status and care plans.
•Evaluate patient progress towards expected outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Experience:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
Licenses & Certifications:
•Registered Nurse License-NYS
•Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
