About This Role
As a Research Nurse in the Heart Vascular and Thoracic Institute, you will collaborate with Principal Investigators to coordinate human research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements while providing patient care.

•💰 Pay: $57,510.00 - $87,697.50/year
•📍 Location: Cleveland, OH
•⏰ Schedule: Days, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with potential for remote work after six months
What You'll Do
•Assist with coordinating the implementation and conduct of research projects
•Complete and communicate regulatory documents and monitor plans
•Serve as a liaison between investigators and research personnel
•Utilize the nursing process for patient care
•Assess research subjects and document findings
•Establish care plans in collaboration with research subjects and families
•Identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning
•Conduct and document the informed consent process
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Experience:
•2 years of clinical experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
•Certification in Human Subjects Research within 90 days of hire
