About This Role
As a Research Nurse on the Oncology Brain Team at Cleveland Clinic, you will assist in the implementation and conduct of human subject research projects, ensuring adherence to research protocols while engaging in a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Do
•Serve as a liaison between investigators, research personnel, and central research administration.
•Utilize the nursing process for patient care.
•Assess research subjects and document findings.
•Establish care plans in collaboration with research subjects and families.
•Coordinate ongoing care and facilitate discharge planning.
•Perform telephone triage and nursing procedures.
•Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
•Maintain knowledge of research protocols for compliant execution.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Experience:
•2 years of clinical experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
•Certification in Human Subjects Research within 90 days of hire
