As a Research Nurse for the Taussig Cancer Center, you will assist in the implementation and conduct of human subject research projects, applying the nursing process while ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements. This role is integral to advancing cancer research and expanding treatment options for patients.

What You'll Do
β’Assist with coordinating the implementation and conduct of research projects.
β’Complete and communicate regulatory documents and monitor plans.
β’Serve as a liaison between investigators and research personnel.
β’Utilize the nursing process as a basis for patient care.
β’Assess research subjects and document findings in research records.
β’Establish a care plan in collaboration with the research subject and team.
β’Identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning.
β’Conduct and document the informed consent process.
Requirements
Education:
β’Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Experience:
β’2 years of clinical experience
Licenses & Certifications:
β’Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
β’Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
