About This Role
Join Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital’s Adult Medical Emergency Team (AMET)/Rapid Response team, where you will provide urgent care to patients in critical conditions. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to patient-centered healthcare.
📋 Highlights
•📍 Location: Weston, FL
•⏰ Schedule: Day/Night rotation, 7:00am—7:30pm or 7:00pm – 7:30am
What You'll Do
•Provide direct nursing care.
•Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
•Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
•Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
•Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
•Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
•Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Experience:
•2 years of recent ICU or ED independent nursing experience; licensed military RN experience considered
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
