ā¢š Location: Dover, OH
ā¢ā° Schedule: Nights, 7:00pm ā 7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays
What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct nursing care to patients.
ā¢Implement, monitor, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
ā¢Monitor, record, document, and communicate patientsā conditions.
ā¢Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
ā¢Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
ā¢Assess and coordinate patientsā discharge needs.
ā¢Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
ā¢One year of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
ā¢Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
ā¢Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certifications within one year
ā¢Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 24 months of hire
