About This Role
As an RN on the 2 South Med/Surg unit at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a 25-bed complex medicine unit. This role is ideal for new graduates or RNs with less than one year of experience looking to grow in a supportive environment.
📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
•📍 Location: Medina, OH
•⏰ Schedule: Nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday requirements
What You'll Do
•Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care
•Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors
•Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs
•Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach
•Document in patients’ medical records
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
•New grad RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
