â˘â° Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM â 7:30 AM
What You'll Do
â˘Provide direct nursing care.
â˘Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
â˘Monitor, record, document, and communicate patientsâ conditions.
â˘Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
â˘Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
â˘Assess and coordinate patientsâ discharge needs.
â˘Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education:
â˘Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
â˘2 years of current acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
â˘Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
â˘Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
â˘Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) within one year of hire
