About This Role
As an RN in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. 📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $41.00/hour
•📍 Location: Cleveland, OH
•⏰ Schedule: Regular PRN, Day/Night rotation
What You'll Do
•Provide direct nursing care to patients.
•Implement and monitor patient care plans.
•Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
•Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
•Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
•Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
•External candidates: 2 years of recent related nursing experience
•Internal candidates with less than 2 years may be considered with CNO level review and approval
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within one year
•Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) upon hire or within 24 months
