About This Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care to neonates, implementing and monitoring patient care plans in a family-centered environment.

What You'll Do
ā¢Provide direct patient care to neonates in accordance with established policies and procedures.
ā¢Implement and monitor patient care plans.
ā¢Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
ā¢Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
ā¢Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
ā¢Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
Education:
ā¢Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Experience:
ā¢One year of experience in an acute care hospital setting OR licensed military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
ā¢Current licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
ā¢Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification within one year of hire
ā¢Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
