About This Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care to neonates, implementing and monitoring patient care plans while ensuring the highest standards of care in a Magnet Hospital environment.

•💰 Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
•📍 Location: Cleveland, OH
•⏰ Schedule: Nights + on-call shifts, weekend and holiday requirements
What You'll Do
•Provide direct patient care to neonates in accordance with established policies and protocols.
•Implement and monitor patient care plans.
•Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
•Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
•Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
•Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
•One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
•Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of hire
