About This Role
As an RN in the Operating Room at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital, you will provide care for patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures, interacting directly with patients and their families to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education.

•📍 Location: Avon, OH
•⏰ Schedule: PRN, Day/Evening/Night/Weekend shifts
What You'll Do
•Deliver professional nursing care in an operative setting to adult and pediatric patients.
•Perform scrub functions, selecting and handling instruments and supplies.
•Perform circulating functions, monitoring and communicating patient conditions.
•Manage overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
•Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and surgical equipment for use.
Requirements
Education:
•Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
•One year of recent related clinical experience for internal applicants
•Two years of recent related clinical experience for external applicants
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
•Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within six months of hire
