What You'll Do
•Maintain 24/7 accountability for patient care and nursing activities.
•Oversee unit activities including standards development and human resource management.
•Direct performance improvement activities at the unit level.
•Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and nurse orientation.
•Support education, competency development, and unit budgeting.
•Collaborate with nursing director to foster professional practice and employee engagement.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN required, Master’s degree within 5 years
Experience:
•3-5 years of leadership experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Active New York State RN license in good standing
