About This Role
The UR Cardiac Care-Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care and nursing activities in outpatient cardiology units. This role is ideal for an RN with strong leadership skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

•📍 Location: Geneseo, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Primarily Days
What You'll Do
•Maintain 24-hour accountability for patient care and nursing activities.
•Oversee unit activities including standards development and human resource management.
•Direct performance improvement activities at the unit level.
•Collaborate with Medical Director and Administrators to enhance patient experience.
•Manage staffing, performance, and team building.
•Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN required, MS required within 5 years of start date
Experience:
•3-5 years of RN experience with 1-3 years of leadership experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Active New York State RN License in good standing
•Certification preferred
