About This Role
The Level II Registered Nurse at Wilmot Cancer Institute provides competent direct patient care, supports unit activities, and may take on expanded roles such as charge nurse and preceptor. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy technical procedures and meaningful patient interaction.
📋 Highlights
•💰 Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
•🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
What You'll Do
•Perform therapeutic apheresis for adult and pediatric patients
•Conduct plasma and red blood cell exchanges
•Collect stem cells and T-cells for the Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program
•Support peers in patient care services
•Assume charge nurse and preceptor responsibilities
Requirements
Education:
•Active NYS RN license required
Experience:
•Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
