The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) at the Wilmot Cancer Center is responsible for providing direct patient care in oncology clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and enhancing patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented nursing professional with a passion for oncology and clinical research.

•📍 Location: Rochester, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full Time, 8- or 10-Hour Days, No Weekends or Holidays
What You'll Do
•Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
•Support unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
•Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to maintain trial integrity.
•Administer research interventions and collect patient data.
•Evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust interventions as needed.
•Communicate findings and report issues to the research team.
Requirements
Education:
•Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program
Experience:
•Minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience
•1-2 years oncology or clinical research experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Active New York State RN license in good standing
•Oncology nursing certification preferred
