About This Role
The Level II Registered Nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for nurses who are proactive, independent decision-makers with strong assessment and communication skills.

What You'll Do
•Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
•Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
•Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
•Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
•Manage telephone communications and patient triage.
•Coordinate care for chronic disease management and health maintenance.
