The Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) in Manhattan - Urology will support the coordination, integration, communication, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse looking to provide comprehensive care and collaborate with licensed providers.

What You'll Do
โขPerform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
โขCollect patient health history
โขRecord information in electronic health record
โขProvide information, counsel, and education to patients and families
โขAdminister medications and provide comprehensive wound care
โขAssess and monitor patient responses to treatments and procedures
โขConsult with clinical supervisors to determine best treatment plans
โขCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
Education:
โขBaccalaureate degree in Nursing required; Associate Degree in Nursing may be approved contingent upon approval from Nursing Leadership
Experience:
โขMinimum of two years nursing experience in applicable area
Licenses & Certifications:
โขCurrent Registered Professional Nurse in New York
โขBasic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
โขACLS certification preferred
