About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Ambulatory Care Nurse. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out patient care responsibilities with an emphasis on decision-making related to the nursing process.

•💰 Pay: $112,360.00 - $142,360.12 Annually
•📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY
•⏰ Schedule: Full-time
What You'll Do
•Provide competent, safe, and compassionate care based on established standards.
•Formulate the initial plan of care with the provider and collaborate on a comprehensive patient-centered plan.
•Give staff educational in-services and instruct classes in BLS.
•Collect patient healthcare data systematically using appropriate assessment techniques.
•Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses.
•Develop and implement a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
•Evaluate the patient's progress toward attainment of expected outcomes.
•Educate the patient and family to facilitate healthy adjustment to new health patterns.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
Experience:
•3 years minimum experience, required.
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
•BLS certification, required.
•ACLS certification, preferred.
