What You'll Do
•Support standards of care in an outpatient setting.
•Provide consultation and expertise in patient care delivery.
•Collaborate with Urology leadership on clinic operations.
•Lead an interdisciplinary team in clinic workflow and patient care.
•Manage human resources and develop recruitment strategies.
•Monitor patient outcomes and facilitate staff development.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
•3 years’ experience as an RN in Urology, General Surgery, or comparable specialty
•1 – 3 years previous experience in Nursing Management preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
