The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Pediatric ICU on the Evening Shift provides clinical leadership and management for a patient care unit, assisting in the development of an environment of excellence in patient and family service while applying evidence-based practices to improve care.

Requirements
Education:
β’Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
Experience:
β’2 years of experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
β’Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
β’Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
β’Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility
