What You'll Do
•Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
•Identify expected outcomes for individualized care plans.
•Develop and implement strategies to attain expected outcomes.
•Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe environment.
•Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes.
•Communicate effectively in various formats.
•Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
•Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Experience:
•3-5 years of critical care experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
•Registered Nurse License - NYS
•Current and valid BLS certification
•Current and valid ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP within one year of hire
