About This Role
The Urologic Specialty Nurse Navigator will provide individualized assistance and comprehensive coordination of care for patients and their families, ensuring timely access to care and enhancing patient satisfaction.

What You'll Do
•Provide individualized assistance and support for patients and families.
•Implement, coordinate, manage, and evaluate urologic outpatient practice.
•Oversee outpatient care plans and coordinate outpatient clinics.
•Triage patient calls and communicate with referring providers.
•Support divisional performance improvement/quality assurance programs.
Requirements
Education:
•BSN required
Experience:
•3-5 years of nursing experience required
•Prior experience with urologic patients preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current RN License in New York
