About This Role
The RN in the Medicine in Psychiatry Service Outpatient Clinic is responsible for providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for nurses with experience in both medical/surgical and psychiatric nursing.

ā¢ā° Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
ā¢š Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
What You'll Do
ā¢Provide collaborative primary patient care in the Medicine in Psychiatry Service
ā¢Deliver physical care in collaboration with primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
ā¢Triage and screen patient phone calls
ā¢Call in prescriptions and answer patient questions
ā¢Educate patients on health issues and monitor scheduling functions
ā¢Manage inventory control of medical and pharmaceutical supplies
Requirements
Education:
ā¢NYS RN License required
Experience:
ā¢At least 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
ā¢At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
