About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Coordinator (FGP) - Manhattan, Plastic Surgery. This role provides clinical leadership and coordination for a patient care population or program consistent with the institution's goals.

•💰 Pay: $127,500.00 - $146,285.59 Annually

What You'll Do
•Promote patient, physician, and consumer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
•Serve as a support and resource for the education of healthcare providers.
•Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality and performance improvement.
•Develop and implement action plans for improvement opportunities.
•Maintain awareness of research protocols and ensure staff knowledge.
•Collect, analyze, and use data to drive practice changes.
•Provide clinical leadership by assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
•Facilitate a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
•Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
Experience:
•Minimum of four years of clinical practice in the care of the patient population served
Licenses & Certifications:
•Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
•Registered Nurse License-NYS
